At the end of last year we knew that the Spanish company Inditex had acquired in Palma de Mallorca the building of 3,000 square meters located in the Paseo del Borne, where for years the Zara store have been located, the last time that Inditex acquired a property was in London in 2012 at the corner of Oxford and New Bond street.

Finally, Alexandre Rosselló Avenue is the most demanded by low cost fashion chains like Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, C & A, Springfield, Mango and Women Secret and El Corte Inglés.
