Country plot for sale ideal for building a family home in Moscari, Mallorca

• 54m² Built size
• 36.670m² Plot size

Large plot with beautiful surroundings in a rural area of Moscari, Selva

This picturesque plot of around 37.000m2 provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and is offered for sale amongst the rolling hills of the Moscari countryside.

The plot size will allow the construction of a spacious two storey villa with swimming pool, and the location means it will benefit from fabulous panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and countryside, stretching all the way to Alcudia Bay.

There is an existing building located at one end of the plot which could be used as a temporary base while you construct your new villa, plus there is a natural spring that fills the reservoir in winter and is used for irrigation. There is also a point where a well could be created.

A feature of this plot is that it once belonged to the "El Bisbal" estate and used to be an orchard supplying the house with various crops. It therefore boasts a over 300 fruit trees and an organic vegetable patch, providing fruit and vegetables all year round, including oranges, persimonn, lemons, apples, pears, apricots, figs, almonds, avodado, chirimoyas, olives, carobs and grapes.

This is an unmissable opportunity to create a country haven, surrounded by stunning scenery, just one kilometre from the village of Moscari.

Moscari is a small village with restaurants and cafes nestled in the foothills of the Tramuntana, located between Campanet and Selva. A village where you can breathe tranquility, enjoy incredible views and be immersed in rural life. The access road has been recently renovated, offering an excellent connection to Palma and the airport.
