The first step to selling your property is to have a right presentation. 3.      Documents ready for closing the deal

Make sure that all the paperwork is in order and that you have copies of everything.  This means original Title Deed (Escritura) , all recipts and bills including IBI Rates, GESA, Water etc.. And Mortgage status in case you have one with condition if the buyers decide to subrogate your mortgage.
